In Vienna's Westbahnhof, the design with a right and left stacking area allows a partial opening of the shop front. This means people can leave a shop when the MSW is closed, thanks to a double-action door with a floor spring which is positioned in the stacking area, and forms a secure lock for the moveable glass partition wall. © Sigrid Rauchdobler / GEZE GmbH
